Changelog:

• Added detection for if the ball leaves the frame from the top or bottom through glitching, the ball will be destroyed and respawned.
• Changed controls from up and down to W and S due to controls overlapping with browser scrolling.
• Added a respawn timer to allow the player time to reposition after a point is scored.
